His main area of work has been in Aluminium Metal and Semi Fabricated Products including Aluminium Foils. He has been dealing in Metals and consumer Products with strong customers focus. His international trade experience helps drive export strategy and business expansion.

Ravi is a Commerce graduate with PG diploma in Finance & Financial Management Service. He has worked in varied industries from Tea Estate to Insurance Sector over the past 22 years (East India to North India) possessing unique skillset suitable for varied professional applications.
Hands-on Experience in managing start-up operations, New product launches, Opening new markets, Building and Managing Sales function. He is extremely good at networking and generating business through his positive & professional work ethics. He has won accolades for team management & development during his corporate career. He leads NCG’s goal of increasing its global footprint & associations with various trade commissions. He is instrumental in generating sustainable business for NCG.

Vineet is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of vast experience in manufacturing, marketing and exporting of a wide range of mechanical/electrical engineering parts and assemblies. He has vast experience of interacting and working with partners, clients and principals from the U.K. and Australia. He carries sound experience and skills in Engineering & Production Management, Business Management, Sales, Marketing & CRM.
He possesses immense knowledge in Mechanical & Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research and Statistics.
Anil Bali
General Manager- UK
Anil is an MBA – International Business with Distinction from the University of Greenwich London. His professional experience includes Business Development, Training and Development, International Trade, Strategy and Business Consulting with a focus on market entry strategies, setting up network and strategies for market presence and awareness (planning, delivery and support) for Higher Education sector and Businesses active between India and the United Kingdom. He has worked with organizations like Center for Indian Business (University of Greenwich), Bharti Airtel Ltd. India, RPG Cellcom Ltd. India and Global Tele-Systems Limited India to name a few.
Anil is responsible for engaging with clients in Europe for NCG Corporate and the development of new business. He manages clients relationships and ensures smooth delivery through the delivery team in India. He has been involved in developing and delivering conferences/seminars and masterclasses on‘Doing Business with India’ in the UK.
Rakesh S.
General Manager- Research & Vendor Development
Rakesh is a Post Graduate in Management & Commerce with 16 years of rich experience in Commercial functions across different industries. He has been instrumental in defining procurement policies, new vendor identifications, products developments and quality certifications. He holds deep knowledge about different categories varying from IT ( HW/ SW) , Marketing, MRO, Capital Equipment, Apparels, transportation & logistics. His hawk-eyed approach of commercial analysis has been a key factor of his success in corporate world.
He is responsible for market research, price benchmarking, new vendor development and RFP preparation/responses for NCG clients. He drives the procurement back end delivery team and execution.
Himmat Ghotar
Manager – Exports
Himmat is a Mechanical Engineer and a dynamic professional. He leads end to end exports project management with the client while working closely with the production team. He has specialization in manufacturing, development of customized engineering items, cost reduction through innovative ideas in materials and export documentation. Himmat has been actively involved in identifying new customers and serving existing client effectively. He has done mechanical engineering from Indo Swiss Training Centre – CSIO, Chandigarh.
Bahal Singh Rana
Manager – Engineering Design & Development
Bahal manages all projects in Engineering Design at NCG Corporate. He leads the design engineering vertical and serves client needs as per the components and products required. He serves engineering design projects from the customer on Jigs and Inspection fixtures.
Previously, Bahal worked as a welding Jig & Fixture designs at large welding expert company. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering with honours from Punjab Technical University.
Digvijay Palta
Assistant Manager- Production
Digvijay manages new component development and production. He is responsible for production as per approved samples/drawings. He provides and tracks component development and production at each stage. Quality inspections at the development & pre-dispatch stage are his key deliverable.
Priya Katoch
Manager- Corporate Affairs & Business development
Priya is an MBA in the International business with Bachelors in Commerce. She has done a certificate course in Import Export procedures & supply chain management. She is energetic and motivated to take new challenges in business development and international trade. She had numerous accomplishments during her studies.
At NCG Priya works with various teams in regions, coordinates with different functions and manages end to end imports & exports procedures for clients. She works from corporate office for NCG & work closely with clients & generating business leads for NCG in US & Canada. Her confidence and positive attitude make her asset to NCG.
